Hi Michael

This is my Hacks for Her reel, which I put together based on the your advice in Module 5.  It gives a taste of me onstage, although not a lot of Courage Over Confidence content that's not gender-related.

I provided this for feedback in one of the group sessions so I could get input BEFORE I do my Anna Lee Speaks reel.

Tim and Lauren's input was:

1. Make it shorter - Lauren thought 1.5 mins long.
2. Do a voiceover to make up for lack of courage over confidence footage.

The main things I'd love your advice on are:

1. How much of the Hacks for Her footage can I use in my Anna Lee speaks reel (I'm hoping lots!)?

2. What do you think about the voiceover idea, and if I go with that, how long should the voiceover be, what should be the content etc?

3. Any other advice?

DRAFT VOICEOVER SCRIPT (based on my one-sheet)

We live in a world that worships confidence. Which means most people think they need more of it to really make a difference.

But it's *not* confidence that makes the biggest difference in our impact, our performance, our growth: it's courage.

When people wait for confidence, opportunities pass by. Innovation stalls. Problems fester because no one speaks up. Feedback becomes a rarity. And the best ideas in your organisation stay trapped in people's heads because they're waiting to feel certain.

But when people focus on courage? Everything shifts. Tough conversations happen before they become crises. Ideas flow because teams stop playing it safe. Feedback becomes a habit, not a hazard. And uncertainty stops being a dead end and starts being a launchpad.

I'm Anna, and I help organisations make that shift.

Your people walk away knowing exactly how to move forward when fear kicks in, speak up when it's uncomfortable, and turn that survival software in their brains into an advantage.

The future won't wait for your people to feel ready.

Let's give them the courage to meet it anyway.
