Loved my first Office Hours - so great to get a feel for the community and also to draw on the wisdom and experience of both you and others.

Here's the first cut video for Anna Lee Speaks. I'm thinking I do want a 'speaker reel' equivalent on my home page because keynote speaking is the main mode I want to grow over the next few years.  Thoughts?

I didn't communicate my edits clearly enough to my editor - the first speaking bit should be 'we THINK our problem is a lack of confidence. Our real problem is our belief that we need confidence to move forward'. I don't think the end speaking bit on feedback works. 

Anyway, would love to hear your thoughts when you have time.
